location good but room issues

poor soundproofing steep stairs

the room was very small, and it was hard to move around with luggage. the soundproofing was not good. i could hear everything from the street and other rooms, and , made it difficult to sleep well. also, the steep stairs made it difficult to carry my bags up to the room.

fab location clean towels early cleaning

location is fab and i could easily walk to many attractions. the room was so clean with clean towels every day. the cleaners were up early to clean.

the room was small. the bed was too small for two people and we didn't sleep well. walls are very thin too and we could hear people moving around.

the rooms were clean, and i appreciated fresh towels every day. the staff was friendly and helpful with directions. i was able to store my luggage for free after checkout, really convenient.

the stairs were quite steep, but that seems typical for buildings in this area.

decent location, some issues

central location canal view helpful staff window issue poor airflow shower design

the hotel is close to the central train station. canal views are available. the staff helped me carry my suitcase upstairs..

i found that i was not able to open a window. this was a pain because of the humidity in the room. this humidity was also caused by the very small bathroom with poor airflow and a badly designed shower area. the shower design made the water go all around the bathroom floor..
